I utilize USPS for shipping. Once the item is shipped it is no longer within my control. While I take utmost care in packaging, I am not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Packages are personally fully insured by me for the full amount of the piece. If you do encounter such an issue I recommend contacting your local post office for further assistance. If a claim needs to be filed for a lost package contact me so I can file a claim with my third party insurance company for the full value!
