Custom jewelry is non-refundable as it is specifically made for you! Each piece is slowly crafted taking a lot of time and attention. No refund or exchanges on a custom piece, unless there is an error on my part! In that case please contact me within 3 days of receiving your piece. I no longer take deposits and payment plans through me. I will create you a listing to purchase from. All customs must be purchased in full prior to me making the piece. Thank you for understanding!
